Just make sure your sims are good relation ship or married.. then
1. Make them relax on the bed
2. Then just make them cuddle
3. Press try for a baby and there you go.

I used the pc for this, its in strangetown on the curios family and pascal or whatever his name is.. he will have a baby because he got abducted.
