I cant believe a leopard will eat a cheetah…. they are cousins :(

2

That’s an Impala.. Not a Gazelle

3

Impala is not a gazelle, impala is antelope

4

gazelle Impala male speed 40 – 56 mph (65 – 90 km/h) Mass for a impala male is aproximately 46 to 80 kilograms and range between 80 – 90 centimetres tall.

gazelle impala female mass for a 37 to 48 kilograms and range between 75 – 85 centimetres tall !

gazelle Impala female run speed 47 – 53 mph ( 75 to 85 km/h)

Bingo 0.o

6

hmm… no

7

have you ever seen a man eat his own head?

8

gazelle actually seem faster

9

Hmmm
There seems to be a pattern here.
Each entry made by someone who doesn’t agree with the cute, fluffy, aren’t they just like us point of view gets a thumbs down.
And, mysteriously, all those disagreeable entries have exactly six thumbs down !
We know who you are, thumbs down person !

10

reserves are a nice idea, but are a joke. these animals need their natural habitat to thrive.

11

Fast impala…

12

yeah
Thats becous tommys arent that fats. They can reach about 64km/h
Thats probably why thy make such sharp turns.
Look at how a springbok runs from a cheetah. A springbok can reach 80km/h! It turns alot less! Well, atlest thats how it looks like to me…

13

tommy adults can outrun the cheetah if the cheetah isn’t within 30 yards at the beginning of its sprint because they have more stamina and make turns more speedily. which is also why they never run in a straight line when being chased.

The show is called “Big Cat Diary” so of course he is on the cat’s side. And it is not a matter of equality it’s a matter of survival. If the lions had a chance, they might take out a cheetah, but that’s how life is in the wild. Kill or be killed as far as predators are concerned.

” Go, girl, go ! ” ???
Whose side is this guy on ?
What about the cute little impala/gazelle ?
Doesn’t he rate ?
And those mean old lions !
Why, if they had the chance, they’d ambush the nice cheetas !
What’s the name of this picture ? Cheetaville ?
All I’m asking for is a little equal time !
I want to see the emotional guy race the Landrover over to the baboon house and sigh over the ugly toothy hairy things as they escape from the gosh darn leopard !

A concerned animal guy.

I am too but you have to wonder had the cheet caught it would it have been able to kill it? The impala looked alot bigger than the cheetah plus had the impala got those sharp horns into the cheetah the cheetah would have been in big trouble.

A cheetah is not a very physically imposing creature. Theres a video on here of 2 of them not being able to take down a single average sized wildebeest.

17

o didn’t know leapords would eat a cheetah o.o

18

Cheetah should not success to hurt gazelle for one time ~ Gazelle run very fast too~

19

That wasn’t a thompsons gazelle that was an impala and it was fast.

20

Thompson gazelle’s arent as fast in a straight line, however the prey will always give it that extra edge to survive. if its about raw speed alone the cheetah wins hands down.

21

To be honest I feel so happy for the poor Gazelle running away.

22

cheetahs can get pretty damn fast to so ya gotta take that into consideration, though it is one close match, and a cheetah wont waste energy if it doesn’t have to.

23

Gazelle impala speed 50 mph 80 km/h
