How do I feed my animals on Zoo Tycoon (PC)?

I have orcas on Zoo Tycoon and I don’t remember how to play the game. Can anyone tell me how to feed animals?
Thanks for answering, but I hired zoo keepers both for regular animals and water animals and it continues to say that they have no food.

I’m sure you’ll remember right when you see this; In Zoo Tycoon, you have to hire Zoo Keepers to feed your animals. Skim through the game’s control menus and you’ll find an icon with Staff Members on it with hiring Zoo Keepers as an option. You can just drop them in your zoo and they’ll tend to everyone’s needs…or you can click on zookeepers and assign them to take care of specific exhibits (like Orcas.)
