Yah, a lot of people think owners of big cats or exotic pets are overly pretentious and try to display their high salaries through them. Truth is, it’s really the only way you’d be able to afford the animal and it’s lifestyle. Lol, insurance companies don’t offer Animal Life Reservation discounts, though I’m sure it’d be nice if they would.

6.) After this you ADOPT a lion (of course you have to pay for it). And if you adopt a cub you need to pay for it’s training – If you have a training license you can do it yourself.
Good of all this – you are helping conservation of big cats. And unlike small cat’s they remember you and have no problem showing affection. Quite clever. And of course no person with a right might would even think about breaking and entering your house. Also a lion is a friend for life.

4.) Then you need to sign lot of paper work understanding potential dangers of having it. Paper work to confirm that the animal will not be abused and not used for public attention. It can not be taken for walks in the street.
5.) Then you need to inform your insurance companies about it – your life insurance will increase like a bitch..you can imagine why.

don’t have to be black market.
1.)First your domestic situation and financial situation and personal life is closely assessed by inspectors who come around your house.
2.) If you don’t have a house/garden big enough. Or you aren’t financially well off you won’t be eligible. Also family members come into account.
3.)Then if you are eligible you need to get a license and a passport allowing you to bring in an animal. To do this first you have to undertake a training course.
