The flooring has been lain in bedrooms & office. We have just attached four indoor/out door kennels to the laundry room, with kennel runs for either the house dogs or if the kennel is full you can bring four dogs in the house which adds to the earning potential of the boarding facility. Laundry room and main floor bedroom will be completed within a month. The beams have been replaced in the dining room and kitchen, & we will be listing with a broker by July (price will go up at that time)

We are selling because of health reasons. We have purchased land in WY and are going to move there for the warmer, dryer weather conditions. I had major back surgery a year ago, and my husband is in need of a change of jobs from working too many years in a correctional facility. We want to get to a slower paced life style and look at mountains every day.
Our customers know that it is for sale, and are still coming every week to stay at the place that cares for pets and the people they ow

Every week it gets better. We continue to remodel and redo, and it is FINALLY almost completed. We have to relay flooring in the main floor bedroom and bath, and finish the laundry room…and then the house will be complete!! Thank you again for the compliments!

What has happened? You had posted you had accepted an offer and the property was sold. I have followed your situation because we had wanted to see your kennel, then it was sold. Let me know what is happening now. I think you have a wonderful area and a nice showing kennel and home. You and Gordy certainly offer pets the care they need.
