On Animal Crossing City Folk how do you get animals to move to your town?
By
I have about 8 or 9 residents in my town. There are around 6 more signposts that mark a spot for some animal to move in. Is it possible to have all those filled up or is the limit around 9? Also, if you go to the city and talk to a certain animal 10 times, do they move to your town?

No. Lol!
When you want someone to move out of your town, you walk in their house and dont talk to them and walk out. (And don’t send them letters)
I would just reccommed talking to them a few times and thats how it works basically!
Good Luck!!

I have played that game ALOT, and what i’ve found is your pretty much right. I usually have about 8 or 9 in my town. Some will just move in. One thing that could help is when you talk to someone who asks you if you think they should move say “NO”.

Take a trip into the city and talk to the animals there. If you visit often and talk to a certain animal frequently, there is a good chance they will move into to your town.

Your friend from a town by a friend code, needs to come round your town, and then when a resident leaves your friends town, there is a chance of them going to your town.
Hope this helps.
