what are some good chew toys for dogs?
By
i give my dog a lot of rubber toys but he chews them up really quick, even the ones that are supposed to be “indestructible”. he chews up the cloth ones too, and even the rope pull toys. he even eats the fuzz of tennis balls and then rips them up. he already has a mostly-eaten kong. he wont chew on rawhides or bones but carries them around. any chew toy ideas? im at a loss. he LOVES to chew but i hate for him to destroy things in ten seconds and i have to keep getting him new ones.

I too have not found a truly indestructible toy… I would say rawhides are your best bet. They almost have to learn to love and chew on them. Try a flavored one, although a bit more messy. Once they soften up a bit the dog won’t want to put it down

There is no “indestructible toy” but I have found that Kong toys keep them busy and lasts much longer than some of the other “tuff” toys. You can also stuff them with treats to keep them busy for a while.

Get a boomer ball. It should be of a size that your dog can’t get it in his mouth, it is quite indestructible aswell – obvious if they cant get there gob around it. They will enjoy the chase, and could probably give beckham a run for his money where balls are concerned !! lol
