What would you like to be informed about pet grooming?

I am doing a presentation for an open seminar. I have everything i n my head I just dont know where to start. I want to know if you were to go to a presentation what would you like to learn and hear from a groomer to make you understand the importance of dog-cat grooming.

if they can trust you
you may want to do a demonstration with a cat and dog, or tape you doing it and bring it in. do what you would do daily, don’t add anything extra in that you wont regularly do, or else they will leave you and may call you a lier.

Well I have a short haired dog so in my eyes I really don’t need a groomer. But is their more intailed than just giving them a haircut, bath, and nails? I have never taken my dog to be groomed because he has short hair and I brush him myself, my vet clips his nails because they are black and I have hurt him, and I give him a bath myself. But is that all you guys do? Or is their more? Good Luck and Best Wishes!!!
