Kung Fu Panda is a CG animated movie made by Dreamworks. Kung Fu Panda is yet another celebrity-voiced animal adventure, but it stands out from the crowd of similar films with its lightning wit and whirlwind brio. Even though Kung Fu Panda is a cartoon is it for kids.
Kung Fu Panda is a movie about a kung fu fighting panda with violence that is painstakingly bloodless and cartoonish. Kung Fu Panda is surprisingly fun and light. The movie takes place in Ancient China. Yes, it essentially follows the broad outline of a rags-to-riches children’s movie, but it hit home with likable characters and genuinely funny animated moments. Fans of the movie will get a big kick out of Po.
At the very least, Kung Fu Panda is the result of an extremely vivid imagination. There was a moment near the end of Kung Fu Panda so satisfying I wish I was able to share it with the world on YouTube. All in all, Kung Fu Panda really hits the mark.
